Our program structure

Each session includes 15 minutes dedicated to skill development, where coaches focus on fundamental techniques, followed by 35 minutes of engaging game time. A 2-minute half-time break is provided to keep players refreshed and ready for action. This structure ensures a balanced approach to learning and play.
